Our prestigious government agency client is addressing a significant number of due‑process hearings to ensure timely and fair resolution of disputes between plaintiffs and the city. As a remote Hearing Representative, you’ll steer 100–200 cases each, from intake through negotiation and virtual hearing, working closely with specialists and city staff to deliver timely, fair outcomes.
On Call Counsel, at the request of our client, is looking to build a remote team of dedicated hearing representatives to assist in this effort.
If you’re a bar‑licensed U.S. attorney in any state and in good standing, with 1+ years’ litigation experience, the tech and discipline chops to work reliably from home, and the stamina to manage a large caseload under tight, court‑mandated deadlines, on what could be a 1 plus year assignment or longer, we need you. Pay Rate: 1 to 7 years of experience – $41.75/hour, 7+ years of experience – $43.75/hour.
