Responsibilities

  • Provide legal review and ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards across commercial property transactions.
  • Conduct legal assessments, analyze potential risks, and offer strategic guidance on complex commercial real estate matters, including lease agreements, acquisitions, and sales.
  • Draft, review, and maintain commercial real estate documents such as leases, purchase agreements, and zoning-related contracts to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
  • Maintain and update legal documentation and tracking systems to monitor case progress, key deadlines, and compliance with property law requirements.
  • Assist in developing strategies, reports, and communication plans to support client matters, ensuring efficient legal processes in commercial real estate transactions.

Skills & Experience

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
  • Admission to the state bar and active licensure to practice law is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in legal practice
