Responsibilities

  • Provide legal review and ensure compliance with patent laws, regulations, and intellectual property policies across various patent matters.
  • Conduct legal assessments and provide risk analysis to support decision-making and mitigate potential intellectual property liabilities.
  • Draft, review, and maintain patent-related legal documents such as applications, agreements, licensing contracts, and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to patent law standards.
  • Maintain and update legal documentation and patent databases to track case progress, deadlines, and compliance with intellectual property requirements.
  • Assist in the development of legal strategies, reports, and correspondence to support ongoing patent prosecution, litigation, and organizational initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
  • Admission to the state bar and active licensure to practice law is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in legal practice
