Referrals are submitted and tracked through our desktop or mobile app.
How the Referral Process Works
After logging into the desktop or mobile app, recommend a friend or colleague for an available position by sharing their contact information and background.
If the profile looks like a fit, our recruiting team reaches out, conducts interviews, and adds them to our candidate database.
If your referral is placed in a contract or permanent role and works at least 100 hours, you earn a referral bonus based on the position.
