Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney to represent insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in all phases of workers’ compensation defense. This role offers a primarily remote work environment with occasional in-office presence across multiple California locations.
Our team is committed to aggressively safeguarding the interests of employers and insurers while navigating the complexities of workers’ compensation claims with precision and expertise. We take a client-centric approach, prioritizing clear communication and ensuring clients remain informed and empowered throughout the legal process. Attorneys are expected to deliver strategic, tailored defense solutions that minimize liability, protect client interests, and provide cost-effective results without compromising quality.
