Description

The Corporate Paralegal will play a key role in supporting the firm's corporate attorneys in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, monitoring compliance, and assisting with due diligence processes. The paralegal will aid in coordinating transactions, maintaining client records, and ensuring the accurate handling of legal matters. This is an on-site role based in New Haven, CT.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation to assist in drafting, organizing, and filing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Strong skills in Document Review and Research to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with attorneys, clients, and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for legal document preparation and research.
  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred, along with prior experience in a legal or corporate environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment on-site in New Haven, CT.
