Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing legal team.

This role starts remote, but you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing a new brick-and-mortar office in Cincinnati, OH. You’ll not only represent clients in high-stakes personal injury cases but also help shape the firm’s presence in a thriving legal market.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent clients in personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, and mass torts. 

- Oversee all aspects of litigation from pre-suit through trial or settlement. 

- Draft pleadings, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in depositions, mediations, and court hearings. 

- Collaborate with expert witnesses and provide exceptional client service every step of the way. 

- Assist in building a team and recruiting a paralegal to support your practice. 

Qualifications

- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and an active Ohio Bar membership (Kentucky is a bonus!). 

- 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, with a proven track record of favorable outcomes. 

- Leadership skills and a passion for helping establish a new office presence. 

- Bringing a book of business is a plus!
