Associate Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to conduct legal research, draft key documents, and support case strategy while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal review and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies across various legal matters.
  • Conduct legal assessments, analyze risks, and offer guidance on strategies to navigate complex legal processes and mitigate potential challenges.
  • Draft, review, and maintain legal documents such as contracts, policies, and agreements to ensure accuracy and alignment with legal standards.
  • Maintain and update legal documentation and tracking systems to monitor case progress, key deadlines, and compliance with governance requirements.
  • Assist in developing strategies, reports, and communication plans to support ongoing client matters and ensure efficient legal processes.

Skills & Experience

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
  • Admission to the state bar and active licensure to practice law is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in legal practice
