Responsibilities

  • Provide legal review and ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and policies across various business transactions and corporate matters.
  • Conduct legal assessments, analyze risks, and offer guidance to clients on strategies to navigate complex corporate processes and mitigate potential challenges.
  • Draft, review, and maintain corporate documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence to ensure accuracy and adherence to corporate law standards.
  • Maintain and update corporate case documentation and tracking systems to monitor case progress, deadlines, and compliance with corporate governance requirements.
  • Assist in developing corporate strategies, legal reports, and client communication to support ongoing corporate matters and ensure efficient business operations.

Skills & Experience

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
  • Admission to the state bar and active licensure to practice law is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in legal practice
