Responsibilities
- Provide legal review and ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and policies across various business transactions and organizational matters.
- Conduct legal assessments, analyze risks, and offer guidance on strategies to navigate complex corporate processes and mitigate potential challenges.
- Draft, review, and maintain corporate documents such as contracts, policies, and agreements to ensure accuracy and alignment with legal standards.
- Maintain and update legal documentation and tracking systems to monitor case progress, key deadlines, and compliance with governance requirements.
- Assist in developing corporate strategies, reports, and communication plans to support ongoing business operations and ensure efficient legal processes.
Skills & Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
- Admission to the state bar and active licensure to practice law is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in legal practice
