Immigration Lawyer
We are seeking an Immigration Lawyer to represent individuals and families through complex immigration matters and provide strategic legal guidance.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal review and ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and policies across various immigration matters.
- Conduct legal assessments, analyze risks, and offer guidance to clients on strategies to navigate complex immigration processes and mitigate potential challenges.
- Draft, review, and maintain immigration documents such as visa petitions, green card applications, and legal correspondence to ensure accuracy and adherence to immigration law standards.
- Maintain and update immigration case documentation and tracking systems to monitor case progress, deadlines, and compliance with immigration requirements.
- Assist in developing immigration strategies, legal reports, and client communication to support ongoing immigration matters and ensure efficient processing of applications.
Skills & Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
- Admission to the state bar and active licensure to practice law is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in legal practice
