Lawyer
On Call Counsel is seeking a Lawyer to advocate for clients, navigate complex legal matters, and provide sound legal guidance in support of successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal review and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies across various legal matters.
Conduct legal assessments and provide risk analysis to support decision-making and mitigate potential liabilities.
Draft, review, and maintain legal documents such as contracts, agreements, policies, and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
Maintain and update legal documentation and databases to track case progress, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
Assist in the development of legal strategies, reports, and correspondence to support ongoing legal processes and organizational initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
- Admission to the state bar and active licensure to practice law is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in legal practice
