Risk Analyst
On Call Counsel is seeking a Risk Analyst to support organizational risk management efforts through risk identification and mitigation, complex data analysis, and the delivery of strategic insights that inform decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies across various business functions.
- Analyze potential risks and provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making and mitigate potential liabilities.
- Develop, review, and maintain risk management policies, reports, and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Maintain and update risk assessment databases to track emerging threats, mitigation strategies, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the development of risk management strategies, reports, and presentations to support organizational initiatives and improve risk resilience.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is required.
- Relevant certification such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or CRM (Certified Risk Manager) is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in risk analysis, compliance, or a related field.
