Overview:

We partner with regulated organizations seeking Legal Operations Specialists to support compliance-driven legal, regulatory, and operational initiatives. This role focuses on improving legal process efficiency, supporting compliance programs, and enabling legal and compliance teams through strong operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support legal and compliance teams with operational workflows tied to regulatory and compliance initiatives
• Assist in managing legal operations processes, including matter tracking, documentation, and reporting
• Coordinate with compliance, risk, and legal stakeholders on regulatory matters and internal reviews
• Support information governance, records management, and document retention practices
• Help maintain compliance-related documentation, policies, and procedural materials
• Assist with vendor coordination, legal technology tools, and process optimization efforts
• Support responses to audits, regulatory inquiries, and internal compliance reviews
• Track key metrics and provide reporting to legal and compliance leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–6+ years of experience in legal operations, compliance operations, or regulatory support roles
• Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, or risk management environments
• Experience supporting legal or compliance teams within regulated industries
• Strong organizational, documentation, and process-management skills
• Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
• Experience with legal operations tools or compliance platforms is a plus

Compensation:

• $85,000–$120,000 base salary, depending on experience and market
